In order to obtain access to the trader platform a one off registration fee of £495* is required.
This registration fee is fully refundable should you not be satisfied after 60 days of using the platform.
*Chrono Connect reserves the right to offer discounted registration and subscription fees at any time to new customers promotional incentivesA monthly subscription fee of £80* will be charged to users of the platform.
Your first payment will be a pro rata payment based on your monthly subscription with all subscriptions collected on the 1st of each month thereafter.
In any one calendar month where a trader sells a listing through the platform the subscription fee will be rebated**.

To keep the process as simple to follow as possible we charge the following fees;
Transactions up to £999 will incur a flat fee of £100
Transactions from £1000 to £2000 will incur a flat fee of £200
A further £10 will be added to the processing fee thereafter for each additional £1000 threshold

A Bad Faith fee can be applied for the following reasons;
Failure to pay – In the event a buyer fails to provide payment for a listing within the permitted timeframe
Failure to provide – In the event a seller fails to provide the product within the permitted timeframe
Fraud – In the event a product is provided and on inspection by CC deemed not to be authentic
The bad faith fee will be to the value of the expected processing fee for the specific transaction

Bad faith fees will be collected on by Chrono Connect until paid in full.
Interest will be charged at the statuary amount per month on the total amount due to the extent it remains unpaid.
Failure to pay will result in court action being administered where further fees will apply.
When required, Chrono Connect can arrange for the collection of your watch to be brought back to our headquarters. Should this service be utilised, a fixed fee of £65 applies.
Chrono Connect will only ever use fully insured and reputable courier services giving peace of mind to the sender.
