Account Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a vibrant and energetic team in the engine room of our operation.

The Role


Due to rapid growth we are now looking to acquire the services of experienced account managers preferably with a background working with traders, couriers and high net worth customers.

In this role you will be in the engine room of our operation and the main point of contact for existing clients and external third parties.

This is a fast paced role where you will be expected to deliver the highest level of service to our clients ensuring all internal procedures are running efficiently and effectively.

You will strive to exceed departmental KPI’s and be trusted to work using your own initiative whilst also liaising with other departments within the organisation.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Liaising with traders on a daily basis to ensure they are getting highest level of service

  • Maintaining the internal CRM to ensure the department remains organised

  • Liaising with external third parties such as couriers

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure processes and procedures are conducted properly

  • Handling inbound calls from our clients

  • Building relationships with our clients in order to attract referral business

  • Maintain high levels of industry knowledge


The Person

For this role specifically we are looking for individuals with a proven track record in account management and or customer service, ideally within a high end luxury goods environment with the following minimum qualifications:

  • 3 GCSE’s including Maths and English grades A-C

Essential Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Self motivated, driven to achieve targets and a strong work ethic

Desired but not essential:

  • Knowledge of high end luxury watch brands like Rolex, Patek Philippe & Hublot

  • Experience of working within a jewellers or similar luxury goods environment


What You Can Expect


For this role Chrono Connect Ltd is offering £18,000 per annum plus company based bonuses.

You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.
