Our 7 Day policy ensures the maximum time for a seller to receive funds will not exceed 7 days.
When a sale price is agreed, our team at Chrono Connect will be in contact with the buying party immediately to arrange funds to be transferred into the secure client account. Upon receipt of cleared funds we will then issue the payment to the selling party by same day transfer.
In the event the buying party fails to provide payment then Chrono Connect will ensure your watch is returned to you within the same 7 day window.
Knowing how important cash flow is to our users we will always strive to find another buyer prior to any watch being returned to a selling party.

When a sale price is agreed, our team at Chrono Connect will be in contact with the seller party immediately to arrange collection using our preferred secure courier service.
Upon receipt of the item at Chrono Connect Head Quarters the item will be inspected and validated prior to disbursement to the buyer.
Items will be delivered to the selling party by secure courier at a time and date convenient to the buying party.
In the event the selling party fails to provide the item within the permitted time frame, Chrono Connect will arrange for funds to return from the secure client account to the buying parties account by same day transfer.
Knowing that most items are purchased on the platform on behalf of customers we understand the importance of traders satisfying their customer’s orders.
With that in mind Chrono Connect will strive to find another selling party with the same item in order for the transaction to complete as planned.
